Lets take a closer look at cancer and get a better understanding how cancer forms in the body. Only 5-10% of cancers are hereditary, and even being hereditary, you still are able to kill cancer cells. On the other hand, majority of cancer comes from our food that we eat and consume on a daily basis. Also our environment, toxins in the environment, chlorinated water from our shower, processed foods, sugar, lotions and potions we rub into our skin daily etc... Cancer also comes from a deficiency in certain vital minerals and vitamins that we are not getting from foods; such as D3, deficiency in D3 has been linked to over 17 different types of cancer as well as heart disease.

Best Ways to Consume Garlic

Garlic is best used in it's raw form, but cooked garlic still has a lot of medicinal benefits as well. You can add garlic to salads, soups, any vegetables and garlic definitely intensify the best flavors when cooked with meats. When my kids have been sick in the past, I would chop garlic into fine pieces and put on a teaspoon, pour just a little raw honey on top and let them eat this 4-5 times daily. You can also add 1 bulb of garlic (peeled) to room temperature water and let it sit for 3-4 hours, add honey and lemon and drink up!

Garlic tea, boil water and add garlic cloves and grated ginger, boil for 20 minutes, add lemon and honey.

Garlic capsules (make sure to purchase aged garlic extract or black garlic)

You can even use garlic for healthy hair- garlic contains minerals such as calcium, zinc and sulfur which are essential for healthy hair. It is antimicrobial and this can help kill bacteria that can cause damage to the scalp and lastly it helps purify and strengthen hair follicles.
