Foods that contains Thiocyanate

Thiocyanate is a very important substance necessary for optimal health.  Thiocyanate is found in specific foods, common to the  African diet as well as some Middle Eastern and Mediterranean diets.

When thiocyanate is present in the diet, it acts as an oxygen carrier and increases the blood to transport oxygen to every cell of the body.
