Herbs
Herbs have existed for thousands of years by ancient Chinese, Greek, and Egyptian civilizations to treat disease and promote wellness. Herbal medicine is the oldest and most comprehensive form of medicine in the world. It's derived from plants and mineral sources and has been used to cure diseases and alleviate discomfort due to many disorders and has been used by many different cultures throughout the world. They are sold in tablets, capsules, powders, teas, extracts, and fresh or dried plants. Herbs work best when combined with a good diet; that means lots of fresh fruit, colorful vegetables, whole grains, and purified or alkaline water every day. It is hard for herbs to do their jobs if they are fighting against artificial food coloring, preservatives, chemicals and other processed foods. Herbs are used to treat ones root cause of the illness. It is always safe to consult a trained herbalist or naturopathic doctor before using herbs.

A system in which medical doctors and other healthcare professionals (such as nurses, pharmacists, and therapists) treat symptoms and diseases using drugs, radiation, or surgery. Also called allopathic medicine, biomedicine, conventional medicine, mainstream medicine, and orthodox medicine and has always been based on science. It emerged from "western civilization" and is now practiced throughout the world. The potency of drugs produces side effects because of their chemical structure.
